The batch rates are derived from the pricing page's rule: it lists gpt-4-turbo-2024-04-09 under 'Language models' and says 'Language models are also available in the Batch API that returns completions within 24 hours for a 50% discount.' (first capture after the launch, 2024-04-16 08:30 UTC; the 2024-04-13 capture 20240413045027 doesn't mention the Batch API). Later official tables list the same figures explicitly. The April 2024 page put the preview ids under 'Older models'; the 2025-12-11 Legacy Batch table gives them the same $5/$15.
