Gaps in this history

Batch prices: no official page listing them was captured before 2025-12-11, when platform.openai.com/docs/pricing first appears server-rendered in the Wayback Machine (earlier captures are client-rendered shells with no prices; the openai.com/api/pricing/ marketing page only says 'Save 50% on inputs and outputs with the Batch API'). Batch rates are therefore left out of the event cards even though the 2025-12-11 capture and every later one show them.
